About the Role:
We are looking for result driven Amazon Account Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end operations of management of Amazon Seller & Vendor accounts. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, analytical, & proactive with a deep understanding of Amazon Operations & Amazon Eco-system.
This role is crucial for ensuring account health, finding ways to grow sales other than PPC, Monitoring Competitors & Driving visibility for our client’s brands on Amazon. The role also requires excellent coordination & good communication with cross-functional teams such as PPC, Design & Review agencies.

Key Responsibilities: (For reference only, not limited to):
Operational Excellence:
Ensure all client account operations run seamlessly, including inventory management, listing optimization & policy compliance.
Troubleshoot issues affecting sales, such as suppressed listings, inventory gaps, underperforming campaigns, Main Keywords not showing visibility.
Listings Management:
Creating Single & Bulk Listings with variations.
Performing merging & demerging of listings.
Knowledge of Upload A+ content & provide actionable suggestions for improving its quality & effectiveness.
Sales Growth and Competitor Analysis:
Doing product research & Identifying new products to recommend the clients to sell.
Identify opportunities for client sales growth by studying competitors within the category.
Analyzing & Improving product detail pages, Infusing keywords for Seo, Improving content.
Keeping a track of Competitors Review & Doing Review Seeding Activity.
Recommend actionable strategies like price adjustments, improved listings, or promotional campaigns.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with PPC, design, and content teams to drive improvements in ad performance, product visibility, and customer experience.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and align strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Understanding & Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, sales trends) for products not performing well
Use tools like Helium10 and Brand Analytics to do keyword research areas.
Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards with Excel for regular client updates.
Reconciliation (Preferred):
Reconcile client orders and address discrepancies in fees, returns, and reimbursements to ensure accurate account reporting.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing actionable insights.
Faster strong client relationships by maintaining clear and timely communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications (Mandatory):
Amazon Account Management: At least 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller & Vendor accounts.
Content Management: Skilled in creating, uploading, and optimizing product detail pages, A+ content, along with providing improvement suggestions.
Account Health Expertise: Proven ability to maintain and improve account health metrics.
Inventory Management & Forecasting: Skilled in planning stock levels to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
Amazon Ads Knowledge: Basic understanding of Amazon Ads and its role in driving sales.
Competitor Analysis: Ability to assess category competition and implement strategies to stay ahead.
Keyword Research: Experience using tools like Helium10 or Brand Analytics to identify high-performing keywords.
Seller Central and Vendor Central: Expertise in managing operations, resolving cases, POs and ensuring smooth workflows.
Reconciliation: Experience in order reconciliation and resolving fee discrepancies is a plus.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of metrics like CTR, CVR, and their influence on performance.
Communication and Presentation: Good verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Excel Proficiency: Good skills in creating insightful reports like Pivot tables, Vlookup, and formatting
