Collect and compile product data including names, weights, prices, sizes, images, and descriptions
• Upload and maintain accurate and complete product information in internal databases or catalogue tools
• Regularly update catalogue entries as per production changes, pricing updates, or new product additions
• Collaborate with internal departments such as design, sales, photography, and production to gather required product information
• Review and verify data for errors or missing details; ensure consistency across catalogues
• Perform basic image editing such as cropping, background cleaning, or resizing to match presentation standards
• Coordinate with customer service or clients for catalogue customization or specific format requirements
• Maintain multiple versions of catalogues for different clients, platforms, or product lines
• Ensure catalogues are delivered on time and meet internal accuracy and presentation standards
