Duty Officer

We are looking for a Cinema Duty Officer to join Connplex Cinema and will be on the role of Kritika Secure Services Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing a cinema's daily operations, focusing on customer service, team supervision, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and compliant shift for both guests and staff. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer issues and emergencies, overseeing ticketing and concession sales, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, managing inventory, and preparing daily operational reports. 

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the smooth functioning of all cinema operations during their assigned shift. 

• Ensure Smooth Flow: Ensure efficient operations in ticketing, food and beverage services, and ushering. 

• Maintain Facilities: Monitor and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience of the cinema premises. 

• Conduct Inspections: Perform pre-opening checks and regular inspections to uphold hygiene and safety standards. 

Customer Service

• Address Customer Needs: Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally. 

• Promote Excellent Service: Train and guide cinema staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards. 

• Enhance Guest Experience: Greet customers, answer questions, and assist them in a friendly and courteous manner. 

Team Supervision

• Supervise and Guide Staff: Manage and supervise shift staff, including those in ticketing, food & beverage, and housekeeping. 

• Assign Duties: Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign tasks to team members. 

• Monitor Performance: Provide feedback and track staff performance to ensure adherence to policies and service standards.
