Job Description:
The Back Office for Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining
accurate records of all leasing and tenant-related documentation. This role involves ensuring all
paperwork is completed accurately and timely, adhering to company policies and state
regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage the collection and organization of rental application forms and supporting
documents.
· Scan and upload documents into the Yardi system and maintain accurate records.
· Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and state regulations.
· Support the initial certification process by accurately verifying applicants’ income, household composition, and eligibility criteria, while ensuring seamless coordination with leasing specialists to collect all necessary documentation from prospective tenants.
· Prepare lease agreements and review them with tenants, addressing any questions or
concerns.
· Conduct move-in inspections and document the condition of the property.
Requirements and Skills:
· Fluent English communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Experience with document management and record-keeping.
· Knowledge of state regulations and company policies related to leasing.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Shift timings - 9:30 TO 6:30 ( NIGHT SHIFT)
