Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize documents required for legal and compliance processes.
Process applications on relevant government portals with accuracy and attention to detail.
Set clear expectations with customers regarding pricing and timelines for each task.
Coordinate with internal team members to resolve documentation or application-related issues.
Proactively follow up with customers to collect necessary documents and ensure timely application completion.
Requirements:
Educational qualification: Graduate in BBA, BCom
Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS reporting and coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Basic understanding of property documents and related processes
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong research abilities and analytical thinking
Availability:
It is a full-time internship hence the selected candidate has to attend office in offline mode.
The internship is of 12 Months, and there will be a scope of conversion based on performance.
