Prepare, review, and maintain company documentation including contracts, agreements, SOPs, manuals, and reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documents with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain proper version control and document filing systems (physical and digital).
Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and update necessary information.
Assist in drafting letters, presentations, policies, and official communication.
Track documentation requirements for audits, certifications, and compliance checks.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Support management in preparing reports, MIS data, and project-related documentation.
Strong knowledge of documentation procedures and record management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
Organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in documentation, administration, or compliance support.
Experience with document management software (preferred).
