Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all required export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other related paperwork.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation as per export compliance and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and correspondence.
Liaise with banks for negotiation of export documents under LC/DA/DP terms.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding shipment updates and document submissions.
Required Skills:
Sound knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international shipping processes.
Familiarity with DGFT procedures, customs clearance, and LC documentation is preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
