Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Manager to oversee documentation processes and provide end-to-end client support. If you're an MBA graduate with excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM, and experience in documentation management, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation processes
- Provide end-to-end client support and resolve queries/issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track progress, and analyze customer data
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- MBA degree from a recognized institution
- 0-5 years of experience in documentation management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
