Job Title: Back-End Documentation Executive

Experience: 1–3 years in CHA/Logistics firm (Back-End Operations)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share Daily Status Reports (DSR) with clients and internal teams on time.

• Coordinate with clients to raise document requests based on shipment status.

• Create checklists for import/export jobs in accordance with customs regulations.

• Handle job submissions on ICEGATE 2.0 for both import and export activities.

• Upload and manage documentation through e-SANCHIT with accurate referencing.

• Maintain daily logs for job filings, status updates, and record any discrepancies.

• Communicate with CHA examiners or shipping lines when required for document-related follow-ups.

• Ensure professional and grammatically correct email communication and document formatting.

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of customs clearance and documentation processes.

• Hands-on experience with ICEGATE 2.0, e-SANCHIT, and other government portals.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PDF editing/management tools.

• Excellent command of written and verbal English communication.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
