File & Documentation Management
Maintain and organize physical and digital files for each customer.
Ensure every customer file includes material certificates, quality check reports, inspection tables, and related documents.
Keep records updated and audit-ready.
Quality Support
Assist the quality team by performing basic checks and recording results.
Ensure documents for quality checks are filled accurately and timely.
Cross-verify that all dispatches are supported with correct documentation.
Process Coordination
Work closely with production and quality teams to collect and file required documents.
Support compliance with ISO and other quality standards.
Prepare summaries, checklists, and reports as required by management.
Graduate / Diploma (preferably in administration, commerce, or related fields).
5+ years of experience in documentation, filing, or quality support (manufacturing industry preferred).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and file management systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to coordinate between teams and follow up on pending documentation.
