We are seeking a proactive and organized Female Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling document renewals (such as ISOI), making follow-up calls, managing Excel spreadsheet. This role requires a combination of administrative skills and mobility to ensure smooth office functioning.
Initiate and follow up on calls related to the renewal of documents, including ISOI and other certifications.
Maintain and update records in Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
Organize and manage digital and physical files related to documentation and renewals.
Run errands and deliver documents as needed using a scooty.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for document processing.
Assist in general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
Ensure timely reminders and alerts for upcoming document renewals.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Valid driving license for two-wheelers.
Owns a scooty or willing to use a company-provided vehicle for official errands.
Familiarity with document renewal processes and liaising with government or certification bodies is an advantage.
