We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Document Verification Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying, reviewing, and validating documents submitted by clients, employees, or customers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity.
Review and verify documents for accuracy and compliance.
Check the authenticity of government-issued IDs, address proofs, and educational or financial documents.
Enter verified data into the system with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents.
Communicate with clients/customers for clarification or additional information when needed.
Collaborate with the verification team to ensure timely completion of daily targets.
Escalate discrepancies or fraudulent activities to supervisors as necessary.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or higher.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with document types.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Prior experience (optional, but preferred for senior roles).
