We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Verification Executive to review, verify, and validate documents for authenticity and accuracy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity and compliance with company or regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic analytical skills, and the ability to work with confidential information.
Review submitted documents (ID proof, address proof, educational certificates, financial records, etc.) for completeness and correctness.
Validate information against provided data and predefined guidelines.
Flag discrepancies and escalate suspicious or fraudulent documents to the concerned authority.
Maintain accurate records and logs of all verified documents.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection policies are followed strictly.
Coordinate with internal teams or external clients for clarification or missing documentation.
Update verification results in the internal system or database.
Assist with audit processes or compliance checks when required.
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
Previous experience in document verification, KYC, back-office, or data processing roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of official documents (PAN, Aadhaar, passport, utility bills, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Experience with KYC/AML guidelines (for finance or banking roles).
Familiarity with digital verification tools or platforms.
