• Manage, organize, and maintain technical documents, including NDT procedures, inspection reports, quality records, and client deliverables.
• Ensure all documentation is controlled, reviewed, and approved in accordance with the company's quality management system (QMS) and industry standards.
• Implement a robust document control system for both electronic and hard copy files.
• Ensure all documentation complies with ISO, ASME, API, and other relevant standards for NDT services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDT-specific regulations and industry guidelines, ensuring documentation reflects any changes or updates.
• Work closely with Operation Team, Technical Team and NDT Technicians to collect, organize, and distribute project-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all documentation meets contractual and technical requirements.
• Input data into document management systems (DMS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and issue document transmittals, reports, and summaries as required by project teams and clients.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
• Maintain traceability of all NDT inspection documents and ensure they are easily retrievable for audit purposes.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents related to NDT operations and clients.
• Regularly back up digital records and ensure proper access controls for both electronic and physical documents.
