Accurately enter, update, and verify data in the company’s database or software.
Maintain and update records of customers, employees, or transactions.
Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct any incompatibilities.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.
Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
Assist with document scanning, filing, and basic clerical support when required.
Coordinate with supervisors or team leaders for daily data targets and quality checks.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Typing speed: 30–40 words per minute (English / Hindi / Gujarati as required).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Good communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
