The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data into the company’s systems, databases, and records. The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure data integrity. The operator will also assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting various departments such as purchase, accounts, and administration.
Data Entry & Management
Accurately input, verify, and update data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Maintain and update purchase, accounts, HR, and admin-related records.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any identified issues.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly data reports are maintained properly.
Record Keeping & Documentation
Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
Update and maintain checklists of company assets and inventory.
Support document preparation for audits, compliance, and reporting.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Submit work status updates to reporting manager.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, HR, and admin teams for data requirements.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security of company data.
Follow company data entry standards, policies, and procedures.
Assist in maintaining compliance with internal and external audits.
Support Functions
Assist team members with administrative and clerical tasks.
Provide data support for business analysis and decision-making.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of ERP/software systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Basic communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Certification in MS Office / Data Entry (preferred).
