Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and correct any discrepancies.
Prepare and organize source data for computer entry.
Generate and update reports as required by management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks and meet daily/weekly targets.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in data entry or clerical work preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
