Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Verification of Documents

• Download and organize documents from various WhatsApp groups.

• Consolidate information into Excel sheets.

• Verify documents based on defined parameters and categorize them as “Approved” or “Rejected.”

• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) standards while handling a high volume of documents.

2. Code Creation (MDM/CCO/Other Codes)

• Submit code creation requests on the same day of receipt.

• Coordinate and follow up with the concerned team until codes are generated.

• Share approved codes with relevant stakeholders within a 24-hour timeline.

3. Request Processing

• Process daily order or request submissions accurately.

• Liaise with designated service providers for timely execution.

• Maintain defined average volume targets per day, ensuring quick turnaround (TAT) for each request.

• Ensure all requests are completed within the same working day.

4. Post-Verification

• Validate installation and agreement receipts post-service execution.

• Update summary reports and maintain documentation records.

• Ensure document handling adheres to TAT and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry)

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks with consistency

• Familiarity with WhatsApp and similar digital platforms for information exchange

Educational Qualification:

• PUC or Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce or Business Administration)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in data entry, documentation, or back-office operations

• Experience with ERP or MDM systems is an added advantage
