Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate company records. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in various systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

• Review, verify, and correct data for errors before final submission.

• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.

• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate information.

• Handle confidential data responsibly and maintain data integrity.

• Assist in preparing MIS reports and documentation support for management.

• Perform routine backups and data audits to ensure information security.

• Support administrative tasks related to data management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and data management tools.

• Good understanding of database structures and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Diploma or certification in Computer Applications / MS Office preferred.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or administrative support.

• Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.

Salary:

• As per company norms / based on experience and skills.

Work Timing:

• 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
