Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with 1-2 years of experience to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills (above 35 words per minute ) and the ability to accurately input, update, and manage data within strict timelines. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately input and update data in various systems, databases, and tools.
Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage large volumes of data with efficiency and meet defined productivity targets.
Maintain and organize records, files, and data entries for easy access and retrieval.
Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
Identify and correct errors in data entry to maintain accuracy.
Follow company quality standards and ensure adherence to guidelines.
Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks.
Communicate effectively to resolve any discrepancies or issues in data.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a BPO environment.
Typing speed of 35+ words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
