We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to efficiently manage and maintain accurate data entry into our databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
Enter and update data into various systems accurately and efficiently
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
Perform regular backups and maintain data integrity
Organize files and source documents for data entry
Review and correct errors in data entries
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
Generate reports as required
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training/certification is a plus
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM)
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets, and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Prior experience in handling confidential or sensitive data
Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP software
Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting
