In 2013 Maxima Solutions started its manufacturing operations at Asangaon, District Thane, Maharashtra and in 2015 at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. Both these units service to Multi Clients with Multiple Products.

Job Title:

Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a strong ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus or accuracy. The ideal candidate will be computer-literate, fast at typing, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into various databases or spreadsheets from source documents.

• Verify data accuracy and correct any inconsistencies.

• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors and report any issues.

• Prepare, compile, and sort documents before data entry.

• Generate standard reports or summaries from entered data as required.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

• Communicate with supervisors or other departments when necessary to resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.

• Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute (WPM) or higher with high accuracy.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Basic knowledge of office equipment like scanners and printers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher (preferred but not required).

• Experience with ERP systems or CRM software.

• Familiarity with data collection tools or survey software.

Work Environment:

• Office setting (on-site or remote).

• Regular business hours, with possible overtime depending on workload.

• Long hours of sitting and computer use may be required.
