We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Associate / Senior Associate to support our operations and client servicing team. The role involves managing accurate data entry, maintaining client records, and assisting with day-to-day coordination tasks. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced IT work environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Perform accurate and timely data entry of client campaign and records.2. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.3. Support the client servicing team by coordinating requirements, follow-ups, and documentation.4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and activity trackers.5. Communicate with clients/vendors via email and phone for basic coordination.6. Ensure proper filing and organization of documents (digital).7. Support the execution team in monitoring project status and meeting deadlines.8. Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company's data security policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:1. Graduate with 0–2 years of experience (freshers may apply).2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic internet tools.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.4. Good verbal & written communication skills in English.5. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.6. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM tools. 7. Typing speed of 30 wpm.Working hours:Monday - Saturday9:30 am - 6:30 pm
