Job description- BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with ERP Tools
- Generating standard reports and share with responsible people from other departments
- Managing phone calls
- Gathering & processing data
- Printing Documents
- Emailing
- Coordinating with Customers, operations Concerns & team, senior management, business development teams to maintain right balance in the delivery
- Assisting the front office team
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills
- Assisting and supporting with management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- A fresher or previous work experience as an Office Executive will be preferred with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Located within driving distance from our office
- Strong knowledge of computer operations and experience are handling ERPs, Web Applications etc.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills.
- Own Smartphone
