We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong Excel expertise to support business operations at a leading global healthcare company.

The role involves maintaining and analyzing data using advanced Excel functions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

This is a contract-based position for one year, with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain large datasets in Excel.

• Prepare and manage Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards to support various business functions.

• Use advanced Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query, and basic Macros for data analysis and reporting automation.

• Clean, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Generate regular MIS reports and performance summaries for internal teams.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand and fulfill data and reporting requirements.

• Identify discrepancies in data and assist in resolving them efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or reporting roles with hands-on Excel proficiency.

• Strong command over Excel functions, data handling, and report automation.

• Familiarity with Power Query and basic VBA/Macros is an added advantage.

• High attention to detail, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional work environment.
