The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting administrative, operational, and clerical functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to handle data and documentation efficiently.
Maintain and update company databases, employee records, and operational documents.
Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and internal MIS (Management Information System).
Assist in data entry, verification, and reconciliation tasks.
Coordinate with front-office and other departments to ensure timely flow of information.
Handle email communication, documentation, and filing of company records.
Support in vendor coordination, billing, and invoice processing.
Check and verify accuracy of data before submission to management.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Perform other administrative or support tasks assigned by the manager.
