The Back Office Associate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the front-end teams. The role involves managing data, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of back-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.

• Process and verify data, documents, and applications as per company policies.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Support HR/Finance/Operations teams with backend activities such as attendance, billing, payroll assistance, and documentation.

• Handle email correspondence, documentation, and file management.

• Coordinate with front office, sales, and client servicing teams to provide necessary backend support.

• Assist in compliance, audits, and record-keeping activities.

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of organizational data.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in back-office/operations role.
