We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. The role involves handling data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
Perform data entry, prepare MIS reports, and maintain spreadsheets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion.
Handle email correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee records (if required).
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of data.
Support management in daily operational tasks and projects.
Handle queries and provide necessary information to team members.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a back-office, data entry, or administrative role (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
