Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by managing administrative and operational tasks. This role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.

• Assist in handling employee attendance, payroll data, and HR coordination.

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email or phone.

• Support the front office and management with accurate data and reports.

• Manage and track office supplies and logistics.

• Perform data entry, documentation, and filing tasks accurately.

• Ensure confidentiality of company information and client data.

• Handle administrative queries and resolve issues in coordination with concerned teams.

• Generate reports and present them to management as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of accounting or HR processes will be an added advantag
