We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the company. The role involves handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and files accurately.
Prepare and process reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage email communication and respond to routine queries promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role is desirable.
Fresher with good knowledge of MS Office can also apply.
