3. Request Processing

• Process daily order or request submissions accurately.

• Liaise with designated service providers for timely execution.

• Maintain defined average volume targets per day, ensuring quick turnaround (TAT) for each request.

• Ensure all requests are completed within the same working day.

4. Post-Verification

• Validate installation and agreement receipts post-service execution.

• Update summary reports and maintain documentation records.

• Ensure document handling adheres to TAT and quality standards.
