Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into computer systems or databases with high accuracy.

• Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct any incompatibilities.

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

• Generate reports and perform backups to ensure data preservation.

• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Good typing speed (30–40 WPM preferred).

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of data confidentiality principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is an advantage.

Work Schedule:
