Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing work and ensure accuracy in entries.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports in Excel.
Work on advanced Excel functions (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Maintain and update databases and records as required.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
Assist in day-to-day office operations.
Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve promptly.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.
Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
