Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems from various sources.

• Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

• Update and maintain existing data records.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Organize and file digital and paper documents appropriately.

• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection guidelines.

• Support other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
