Key Responsibilities

 Participate in the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for the US IT industry.

 Post consultants’ resumes on major US job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster,

LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.

 Communicate with clients and vendors in the US market when required.

 Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.

 Understand and adhere to the company’s terms and conditions during purchase

order execution.

 Conduct feedback sessions with candidates after interviews.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Internship or prior experience in recruitment/sales is a plus.

 Familiarity with ATS systems and social media recruiting tools is advantageous.

 Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, US-based environment.
