Job Description:

Marwal Piping Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to support our operations team. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies and resolve promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

• Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry tools

• Strong typing speed and attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of Tally or ERP systems is a plus

• Good communication and organizational skills

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may apply)
