Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry operations, with strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and a typing speed of 40 to 50 words per minute. Candidates with an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into various databases and systems.

• Maintain and verify data integrity and ensure confidentiality.

• Generate reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using MS Excel.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Coordinate with other departments to obtain and clarify data as needed.

• Ensure data is entered within deadlines without compromising accuracy.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.

• Strong typing speed: 40–50 words per minute with high accuracy.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel. 

• Educational Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree (any stream).

• Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a corporate or IT-enabled services environment.

• Familiarity with using CRM or data management systems.

Salary: As per industry standards

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 
Location: Hyderabad (On-site role)
