Job Summary:

A Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases, spreadsheets, or software systems. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in handling large volumes of information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.

• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them.

• Maintain accurate records of company information and documentation.

• Organize and manage files (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.

• Generate reports and retrieve required data as requested by management.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

• Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining logs, and coordinating with other departments.

• Perform regular backups to secure data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.

• Strong typing speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
