• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets.

• Ensure timely and error-free data entry.

• Organize, sort, and maintain digital and physical records efficiently.

CRM Entry & Maintenance

• Update and manage customer and vendor details in the CRM system.

• Ensure all CRM records are accurate and regularly updated.

• Extract and generate CRM reports when required.

Calling & Coordination

• Make and receive customer/vendor calls for follow-ups and payments, verifications, or inquiries.

• Update call details in the CRM system and maintain proper documentation.

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and data

Administrative & Support Tasks

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other data-related documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

• Follow company policies and procedures for data handling.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Who Can Apply

• Individuals with prior experience in data entry, CRM management, telecalling, or administration will be preferred.

• Candidates with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Working Experience

• Freshers with good typing and communication skills are welcome.

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, CRM handling, telecalling, or administrative work is preferred.
