About the Role:
Invocon Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Management Executive to manage investigation cases end-to-end. This includes data entry, field case allocation, progress tracking, and timely follow-ups. The role ensures smooth coordination between back-office and field staff while maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate case details in the system
Allocate cases to investigators efficiently based on location and workload
Track investigation progress and ensure timely follow-ups
Escalate delays and resolve field issues promptly
Maintain reports and ensure TAT compliance
raining & Support:
Hands-on training on data entry, case tracking, allocation systems, report formats, backup procedures, and escalation workflows.
