Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team in Mayapuri, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and fast, accurate typing skills. You will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining company data with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update data accurately in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical data records.

• Perform data cleaning, formatting, and validation to ensure accuracy.

• Create and manage Excel reports using formulas, charts, and pivot tables.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

• Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements and updates.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).

• Skilled in Google Sheets and online collaboration tools.

• Fast and accurate typing (minimum 40 WPM preferred).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting preferred.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in data entry or MIS roles preferred.

• Freshers with strong Excel and typing skills are welcome to apply.
