Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily attendance of workers in Excel.
• Track and update daily efficiency data for each department or operator.
• Maintain proper records of working hours, overtime, and absentees.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and efficiency reports.
• Support production and HR teams with required data and reports.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and on time.
• Identify any errors or missing data and inform the concerned team.
• Help improve Excel tracking sheets if needed.
Skills Required:
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (data entry, formulas, tables).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work with numbers and maintain records properly.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently .
