Studio5 Design is a national and international award-winning interior design and architecture firm, delivering exceptional design experiences across India and globally—with a strong presence in Dubai, KSA, Sri Lanka, and Africa. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and analytical data analyst to support our operations and decision-making processes.
The data analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, interpreting, and analyzing data to support business decisions across various departments, including operations, project management, inventory, and fleet management. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Excel, data visualization tools, and business systems.
Collect, organize, and compile data from multiple internal systems (IMS, FMS, PMS, Google Sheets, etc.)
Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain updated dashboards, reports, and trackers
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Prepare reports to support strategic and operational decisions
Interpret data for management and provide actionable recommendations
Create visually compelling charts, dashboards, and summaries using:
Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
Power BI / Tableau
Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
Present findings in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Work efficiently on:
Google Sheets & Google Docs
FMS (Fleet Management Systems)
IMS (Inventory Management System)
PMS (Project Management System)
Support management with checklists, delegation sheets, and task distribution
Strong command over Excel functions:
SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, MAX, MIN
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
DATE & TIME formulas
Pivot Tables and Charts
Advanced Excel:
Macros & VBA
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Power Query
Power Pivot
Dashboard creation
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
Basic to intermediate Python for data analysis (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and time management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (preferred)
Experience in design, architecture, or project-based industry is an advantage
