Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team.
Schedule meetings with architects and key decision-makers.
Track and follow up on product samples, quotations, and feedback.
Send broadcast messages to clients regarding new products, offers, or updates.
Support client onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
