Job summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey within the real estate sales funnel. This role involves handling inquiries, tracking leads, maintaining CRM databases, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate sales processes and CRM systems to help enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Ensure all leads are categorized, nurtured, and followed up in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to run targeted campaigns for specific customer segments.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, sales conversion, and customer engagement metrics.
• Assist in automating communication workflows (email/SMS campaigns) for different stages of the buyer journey.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales teams.
