🛠️ Combined Roles & Responsibilities

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients and customers.

• Explaining company products and services clearly and professionally.

• Generating leads, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting sales targets.

• Performing data entry, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

• Maintaining customer and company records with accuracy.

• Coordinating with sales, HR, and operations teams for smooth workflow.

• Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining data accuracy.

• Providing backend and administrative support for day-to-day operations.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass, Graduation preferred.

• Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and team spirit.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, customer service, or backend operations is a plus.
