Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring computer systems, entering data, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment.

• Perform data entry, update records, and maintain databases.

• Monitor system performance and respond to errors or malfunctions.

• Maintain logs of system operations and report issues to IT or technical staff.

• Perform routine maintenance and backups.

• Support office staff with basic IT troubleshooting.

• Ensure security of data and adherence to company policies.

• Generate reports and assist in documentation tasks.

• Maintain an organized and efficient digital filing system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in computer science or IT is preferred.

• Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
