Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Collection Field Executive to manage and follow up on overdue payments from customers. The role involves visiting customers, collecting dues, updating payment records, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely recoveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit defaulters as per the daily schedule.
Follow up on pending EMIs and overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment solutions with customers.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Maintain good customer conduct and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Prior experience in collections or field work is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
