We are looking for a Back Office/Data Entry to join our team The Institute of company secretaries of India . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems from source documents, such as paper forms, and digital records.
Data Verification: Reviewing and verifying entered data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
Reporting: Generating reports, spreadsheets, and other data summaries as needed.
Record Keeping: Organizing and maintaining both digital and physical files systematically for easy retrieval.
Administrative Support: Performing administrative tasks like scanning, printing, and managing office supplies.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining its confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months to 1 year. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
