We are seeking a Professional Operational Manager who will oversee all daily activities and ensure that guests have a first-rate experience. The chosen applicant should be able to anticipate, arrange, plan, and handle any concerns from tenants and staff regarding food and accommodations. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance:
Arranging for repairs, renovations, and regular upkeep of the property, including plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.
Team Management: Manage staff and team assigned, Establish a culture of responsibility, encourage two-way communication, and place a strong focus on teamwork, leadership, and motivation. Oversee the lead kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, property supervisors, and other staffs by identifying, hiring, developing, and evaluating skilled individuals.
Tenant Management:
Advertising and filling vacancies, screening potential tenants, negotiating leases, collecting rent, and resolving tenant complaints. Maintain top-notch standards for both internal and external customer support. Identify the needs of the Residents and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Financial Management:
Preparing monthly budgets, tracking expenditures, managing security deposits, and providing financial and productivity reports to property owners and senior management.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Hiring and overseeing various vendors and contractors for services like security, landscaping, and maintenance.
Safety and Security:
Implementing security measures, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the property complies with safety and occupancy policies.
Operational Efficiency:
Monitoring and improving the operational aspects of the property to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
